Mid America Music Festival

The year 2017, marked the inaugural year for the festival and since then has grown to become a summer tradition, bringing fans from all across the United States to enjoy renowned headliners and emerging artists representing genres of Country, Bluegrass, Rock & Blues, food trucks, exhibitors, beverage stations, hot air balloon rides, axe throwing, fun festival activities, primitive style RV & Tent camping, fireworks, and a whole lot more.

In 2019, 2,300 fans attended the festival from 17 different states, which was a 37% increase from the year before. Based on this year’s projections the festival team anticipates and is preparing to exceed attendance record in 2019. The Mid-America Music Festival team is super excited to be able to host live music again and to use its platform to give back to small rural communities.

The purpose of the Mid-America Music Festival is threefold:

1. 1. To help boost the economic development of small rural farming communities in a nine-country area in Northern Missouri.
2. 2. To raise essential funds for charities that specifically benefit children, youth and families, healthcare, education, veteran affairs or animals in rural northern Missouri, including charities that serve Grundy, Livingston, Linn, Sullivan, Putnam, Mercer, Harrison, Daviess or Caldwell Counties
3. 3. To provide patrons an incredible music and camping experience every summer that can be enjoyed with family and friends.

This year the festival is supporting three great causes, Camp Rainbow, Green Hills Animal Shelter and North Central Children’s Advocacy Center. To learn more about the event, visit MidAmericaMusic.com
